Happy Tuesday Friends! I hope you are having a great summer so far. We finally got central air in our house and let me tell you, it makes this pregnant lady very happy!

You know what else makes me happy? These homemade raspberry white grape popsicles. They are the perfect summer treat on a hot day. I got the inspiration for these popsicles from a package of my daughter’s fruit snack (weird? Nah.) They smelled and tasted so delicious that I thought they would also taste great as a popsicle!

I love that these raspberry white grape popsicles only take 2 ingredients: frozen, unsweetened raspberries and 100% white grape juice. I feel good about giving these to my daughter because I know exactly what’s in them. They are also a money saver. I can make 3 batches of popsicles from one bag of frozen raspberries and one container of juice.

How to make these popsicles

Raspberries: I like to use frozen, unsweetened raspberries. You can also substitute fresh raspberries if you have them on hand. I like to use frozen because the tend to be cheaper then fresh ones.

Juice: I like to use Juicy Juice brand 100% white grape juice. There are no added sugars or high fructose corn syrup. Really any kind of juice would work with these popsicles.

Sweetener: If I taste the popsicle mixture after its been blended and I feel that it’s too tart, I sometimes add some sweetener to the mixture, like a tablespoon of sugar or honey.

Popsicle Mold: My all time favorite popsicle molds are these Zoku Popsicle Molds. Each popsicle comes in its own mold, so you don’t have to take the all six out at once to get only one out. The Zoku brand also has other fun molds for kids, like dinosaur shapes!

  • This is wonderful treat for the kiddos. I don’t let my kiddos have too much juice but we do buy white grape juice and so this is a perfect way to let them have some but make it a fun summer treat. Thank you!
