Hi everyone! I hope you had an awesome Christmas! Ours was pretty low key. We opened presents from Santa then went and saw family nearby. Oh, and we ate. A lot. Isn’t that a big part of the holiday?
Speaking of eating, do you know what you’re making for your new year’s party?
I am here to save you the hassle and tell you to make this unstuffed celery dip. You’re probably thinking “what in the world is unstuffed celery dip?” Stuffed celery is a popular snack. It is usually some sort of cream cheese mixed with your favorite ingredients all piped onto celery and enjoyed.

I wanted to make it a little easier and instead of piping the cream cheese mixture onto the celery (which would take lots of time), I added the celery right into the mixture. Easy peasy!
The best part about this dip is it satisfies all the different taste buds: crunchy, salty, creamy. It can be enjoyed with crackers (our favorite), pretzels or ruffle chips! All are fantastic choices.

Ingredients needed for this dip:
CELERY chopped into little pieces.
8 strips of BACON cooked and crumbled into pieces.
Black or green OLIVES chopped into small pieces
GREEN ONIONS for some kick.
ONION AND CHIVE CREAM CHEESE. The best!
SOUR CREAM to make the dip extra creamy.
DILL AND GARLIC for maximum flavor!
CRACKERS, CHIPS OR PRETZELS for dipping and scooping!
